Amber Precast has a 30,000 sq/ft factory that sits on a 3.5 acre site which allows us to be equipped to handle projects of any size and store your products ready for when you need them.
Producing Precast concrete at Amber Precast facilities allows for it to be monitored, tested and controlled resulting in a high quality product. Our Compliance Department ensures that our Precast products go through rigorous strength testing to ensure that its tolerances meet or exceed industry regulations and standards. We also hold an ISO 9001 accreditation for quality management.

Another advantage of precast is that it can be moulded into almost any shape. We have a team of CAD technicians who can work with you from early stages of conception to visualise your bespoke design. Our joiners will then craft the moulds for the concrete to be cast in.
How we can customise your Precast Concrete
Your bespoke designs can also be customised and finished in a variety of ways:
- Decorative aggregates can be incorporated in the mix to create a range of colours and effects, such as the stunning white cladding panels with Spanish Dolomites we supplied for Northshore Innovation Centre.
- To achieve embossed patterns or recessed lettering on the surface of the concrete, we can inset tiles or components such as RECKLI artico® into the moulds when the stone is cast. Examples of projects we have done this for include Hard Landscaping for Bournemouth Council and Flood Defence Walling for The Environment Agency.
- After the stone has been cast, a range of surface finishes can be achieved such as polishing, acid-etching or exposing the aggregate using retarding agents.
